WHY JOIN ARMY ROTC AS A NURSING STUDENT 

 

There are chances for nurses in the Army that are not available in the civilian sphere. You will be respected by your peers and coworkers as an Army Nurse and Officer, and you will have the chance to learn and serve in a range of specializations. Unlike most civilian healthcare facilities, the Army Health Care Team allows nurses to practice with autonomy. You will be in charge of starting the coordination of a patient's multidisciplinary treatment, and your professional judgment will be the driving force behind making sure that every facet of their care is taken care of.
